How To Grieve And Still Keep Your Friends

Always remember that your personal loss/experience doesn’t grant you a “pass” with most people. Healing and heart work may sometimes require space, quiet moments, maybe total isolation, but it’s your responsibility to communicate that with your friends and loved ones. Set firm boundaries in a loving manner... you’re still gonna need them on this journey.

In conclusion, don’t use grief as an excuse to be a jerk. 😉
