Don’t forget that as you grieve, your bedtime routine is important! I make it a point to stay away from FB memories or sad tv shows/movies right before bed (especially “Law & Order”...someone dies every episode). Grab some essential oils, play soft music, maybe read a few meditations before you fall asleep. Protecting your subconscious mind is a form of self-care, too! ❤️ 🌙
